<p>In June 2014, Wounds International held its first 2-day Middle East Wound Care Conference in Abu Dhabi. The conference attracted over 400 delegates from the region, who came to listen to local and international speakers, each promoting joined-up working, shared experiences and best practice in wound care. The event aimed to support clinicians locally by raising the profile of wound care in the Middle East.</p>
